Two new 2-phenylbenzofurans from the bark of Styrax perkinsiae

摘要: 目的:研究瓦山安息香(Styrax perkinsiae)树皮的化学成分。方法:运用多种层析方法进行分离纯化,并应用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从该植物的树皮中分离得到10个化合物,鉴定为5-(2-propen-1-one)-7-methoxy-2-(3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl)benzofuran(1)、1''-hydryoxyegonol gentiobioside(2)、obassioside B(3)、5-(3-羟基)丙基-7-甲氧基-2-(3, 4-二氧亚甲基苯基)苯并呋喃(4)、egonol-葡萄糖苷(5)、egonol-龙胆双糖苷(6)、egonol-龙胆三糖苷(7)、styraxlignolide B(8)、styraxjaponoside C(9)、masutakeside I(10)。结论:化合物1和2为新的2-苯基苯并呋喃类化合物。

Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical constituents in the bark of Styrax perkinsiae. METHODS: The compounds were isolated with chromatographic methods, and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 5-(2-propen-1-one)-7-methoxy-2-(3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) benzofuran (1), 1''-hydryoxyegonol gentiobioside (2), obassioside B (3), egonol (4), egonol glucoside (5), egonol gentiobioside (6), egonol gentiotrioside (7), styraxlignolide B (8), styraxjaponoside C (9), and masutakeside I (10). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 and 2 are new 2-phenylbenzofurans.
